Lala has been working in the remote work industry for 5 years now. A loving mom to her daughter, Samantha, they love watching movies together. Lala is an avid traveller – she’s been to a number of different countries and plans to check off every place in the world to see. She considers herself a ‘Thalassophile’ because of how much she loves the beach – her happy place. A perfect day for her is by the sea, with her daughter, listening to music and playing a guitar.
Tintin Victoriano

Tintin has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry focusing on Sales, Marketing and Product/Project Management. She is happily married with three daughters. She retired from the industry she really loved to focus on health and family but in less than a year after retirement, she joined a very interesting career in virtual management. She is now enjoying a second wave in her career and she is truly loving it. She loves to shop, travel, cook and bake.
Shiela Dumo
Team Leader
Shiela is a coffee enthusiast and a self-proclaimed cake addict, her day can’t really begin without a sip of coffee. She is a dedicated mom to her two lovely daughters, Alex and Cielo, and is also considered one to the VAs’ at the Hub. She is a strong believer in keeping fit – an avid sports enthusiast. She was into badminton and biking, and is now into keeping her feet on the track. She participates in several marathons and is a 21k finisher. Time and again she picks up her guitar and just strum away, as she believes she’s a good singer. She fancies long walks at the beach and if not outdoors, she enjoys her time reading and cooking.
Ram Sta. Maria
Co-Head of VA Training (Ontraport Specialist)
Ram is a 29 year old comic book geek who stumbled upon fashion once upon a time. His works have been featured a few number of times on some major local fashion magazines including Mega Magazine and Mega Man. He has also contributed written works to several publishing franchises. When he is not doodling, he dedicates his time playing with his dog Zooey and his cat Fiona. He is also an advocate of animal rights and the minimalist lifestyle. He loves to play video games, read books,cook and is also into yoga.
Rodelio Joveres
Co-Head of VA Training (Infusionsoft Specialist)
Rodelio is an internet person who has over 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and has worked in the BPO industry for more than 2 years. He enjoys working at home as a VA for VAH. He is an avid gamer who enjoys playing a lot of fighting games and also is an active person of the local Fighting Game Community in the Philippines. He is a happy husband to a beautiful wife.
Michelle Ann Pingil
VAH Marketing Co-Ordinator (Ontraport Specialist)
Michelle has over 10 years of experience in the BPO Industry. She has held several positions from an AT&T technical support representative to IHG reservations specialist to Tier 2 technical support supervisor to a Team Leader. A little skeptic at first, she decided to leave the industry – one she considered her second home – and following a friend’s recommendation decided to join the virtual work environment. Now she is enjoying every bit of it. During her free time, she loves to pamper her dog ‘Loki’, binge-watch her favourite series and being the foodie that she is, she is on a mission to find all new good places to dine in to bring her friends and family.
Edge Lacorte
Tech Helpdesk (Ontraport & Infusionsoft Specialist)
Edge has over 6 years of technical support experience. He has worked for some of the world’s biggest tech companies such as Dell, Xerox and Thomson Reuters. He is also an experienced web developer, focusing on WordPress and its components. On his free time, he records covers of his favorite songs and uploads them on Soundcloud, where he has over 2,000 subscribers. From time to time, he also accepts gigs to sing at weddings and events. He is also a resident worship leader at New Life Christian Center, one of the megachurches in the Philippines. He loves spending time with frineds, watching movies and of course, singing his heart out.
Daryl Zarraga
Ontraport Specialist
Daryl is a professional theatre actor and was trained by veteran actor and director Michael Williams. He most recently appeared in Resorts World Manila and Full House Theater Company’s acclaimed and award-winning production of the Broadway classic, Annie. Throughout the past decade, he has had the opportunity to perform in shows such as William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Twelfth Night, Stephen Sondheim’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and Neil Simon’s Fools and work with companies such as Theater Down South, Virgin Labfest, and the Philippine Opera Company. He is also an experienced theatre program instructor (having taught Musical Theatre workshops and co-headed a year-round Musical Theatre program in Manila) and an experienced Stage and Production Manager, and Assistant Director. He has worked on the Production side of shows such as Little Shop of Horrors, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and Jesus Christ Superstar.

Apart from being a theatre professional, Daryl is a freelance graphic designer. His work on the Philippine Special Forces’ project, Philippine Army Special Forces: 50 Years of Valiant Service, was recognised by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines and was presented with an Anvil Award.

On his free time, he enjoys watching movies and TV shows, playing video games, reading books, and running.
